射频工程师

职位描述及要求：

岗位职责：
1、Test and optimization of RF system in Etch and Thin Film plasma tool.
2、Test and optimization of RF matching system and power transmission system.
3、Optimization of chuck & dechuck process.
4、Conduct other group duties for the RF application.
5、Troubleshooting and problem solving.
6、Generate technical reports and presentations.
任职要求：
1、Bachelor's or Master's in majors such as Physics, Applies Physics, Magnetic Field, Electrical Engineering.
2、Familiar with RF circuit or analog circuit.
3、Ability to identify and develop the analysis methods and to characterize products.
4、Ability to work with external and internal partners.
5、Self-motivated, proactive and hardworking.
6、Good communication skills and strong team spirit.
